If you have purchased tickets to a performance at Hanover Tavern
or the Sara Belle and Neil November Theatre (formerly the Empire Theatre),
they will be waiting for you at
the Will Call window when you arrive for the performance.
If you would prefer to pick up your tickets in advance,
you can do so by stopping by our box office at Willow Lawn
between 9 AM and 5 PM on weekdays.
Online Ticketing
Purchase single tickets and selected subscriptions online through our secure ticket sales at tickets.barksdalerichmond.org.
Purchases in online sales incur a small convenience fee. To avoid this fee, please purchase by calling our box office at (804) 282-2620.
All tickets purchased online will be held at the Will Call window at the venue in which the performance or event takes place.

Accessibility
All of our performances are wheelchair accessible. There are marked parking spaces available and ramps leading into our venues. The Willow Lawn location has an elevator to take patrons to the second floor.

Last Minute Rush Tickets - Half Price!

As part of our commitment to reach out to the entire community, Barksdale offers reduced price rush tickets. You do not have to be a student to take advantage of this program. Last Minute Rush tickets are currently available for all of Barksdale's regular season performances. Visit or phone the box office at 804-282-2620 between 90 and 20 minutes before curtain. (Note: at 15 minutes to curtain, the box office stops selling rush tickets). If tickets are still available to the performance, you may purchase them for half price. No further discounts or coupons apply, and rush tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please be aware that many Barksdale performances sell out, and for these performances we will not have any seats available for Last Minute Rush.
U-Tkts for University Students

U-Tkts are designed to enable and encourage more college and university students to attend our productions. U-Tkts cost between $10 and $20 each, depending on the production. A student can reserve their U-Tkt in advance over the phone or in person for any performance, pending availability. A student may purchase one U-Tkt to be used by himself/herself.
Students must show a valid university ID at the box office when they pick up their U-Tkt.

Online Sales Policies
PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We utilize Tessitura Network for our ticket sales, and they may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our ticketing site. They also automatically
receive and record information on their server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. Theatre IV, Barksdale Theatre and Tessitura Network will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
When you register for an account, Theatre IV and Barksdale Theatre collect your name, phone, street address and email address for the purposes of entering your purchase in our system and sending you an email receipt. If you select areas of interest when you register or update your account, we may send you marketing emails or regular mail for performances that meet your interests. If you no longer wish to receive these mailings, please send a Do Not Mail message to theatreivandbarksdale@gmail.com. (We will still contact you by phone and/or email to notify you of cancellations or changes to your performance unless you ask to be completely removed from our system.)
SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds. Tickets can be exchanged for another date by returning them to the box office up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance. We charge a fee of $5 per ticket for exchanges. This fee is waived for Season Subscribers.
DELIVERY POLICY:
We do not ship your purchases. All purchases will be held at the Will Call window at our box office on the day of your performance. If you would prefer to pick up your tickets in advance, you can do so by stopping by our box office at Willow Lawn
between 9 AM and 5 PM on weekdays.
